Ethan Rilly is a Toronto-based cartoonist and policy analyst for the Ontario Government. In 2008, Rilly was shortlisted for the Doug Wright Awards (for Canadian Cartooning) in the category of Best Emerging Talent. He has done art shows with galleries in Montreal, Toronto, and Bangkok.
